InViMa Records assumes no liability and provides no warranties for the content provided in regards to the site, content, information, materials, or product appearances provided. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we will not issue refunds or acknowledge any case involving this type of complaint. Customers are solely responsible for regulating the content they view.
All content presented on the site is the property of InViMa Records or its respective partners. The content provided is protected under copyright law within U.S and International jurisdictions and enforced to the fullest extent of United States copyright law. Use of the information provided on this site shall be limited only to the extent of private use. Use of the InViMa Records logo(s), without expressed approval, is considered counterfeit and in breach of U.S Intellectual Property and Trademark law. InViMa Records reserves a revocable, non-exclusive, limited right to create a hyperlink directing to the homepage of our websites, invimarecords.com and postmortuus.com. In the event the hyperlink does not have a subsequent inclination of ownership, imply or directly infer misleading, false, derogatory, or offensive implications. All rights reserved.
All items shipped to customers are hand-inspected before shipment to verify integrity. If damage occurs during transit by the parcel service, we are not liable, and the recipient should inform their courier accordingly. Refunds and exchange requests are only accepted after 3 days of the expressed delivery date, where tracking numbers are provided. In any scenario where a tracking number cannot be provided for international customers, there is no return or refund. A replacement will be mailed to you upon receiving a detailed RMA request. The customer is responsible for providing viable shipping supplies to return items back to us.
All orders are shipped once full payment is received. Items are usually shipped 1 – 3 business days after receiving payment for domestic orders and can take up to 3 days after receiving payment for orders outside the U.S. If there is an issue regarding payment, we will contact you using the information you provided during checkout. If proper contact cannot be established within 3 days, the order will be canceled, and no item will be shipped. When placing an order, please confirm your shipping and billing address. You cannot modify the shipping address once the product has been shipped; however, during the shipping preparation period, you may be able to make changes. If an error has been spotted during check out please reach out to us through our contact page.
We currently ship to the domestic United States & Mexico, South America, Europe, South Africa, Japan, India, Malaysia, and Australia. Due to economic sanctions issued by the United States Federal Government, we do not process orders from Russia or Belarus, or collect funds through Russian or Belarusian credit cards, banks, or payment companies originating from these regions. Middle Eastern countries may also be disqualified from orders due to customs limitations or sanctions. As of December 2024, we have suspended all shipments to Canada due to instabilities with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. If you are not in a currently supported region and would still like to purchase a product from us, please reach out to us via our Contact page for alternative outlets that may supply your product of interest. Shipping customs and taxes in some regions can be complicated and expensive, and further discounts and special shipping situations can be provided in certain circumstances to accommodate purchases.
Orders going to potentially unsupported regions will be marked with the shipping code “POTENTIAL EXCLUSION - Verification Pending”. This code does not directly imply that your order will be cancelled, but additional funds may be required to complete your order if your region has specific shipping requirements. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided for the order to cover the outstanding shipping amount. Please allow up to 7 business days to help facilitate the shipping logistics process if your shipping location is potentially unsupported. If the order is within our specified exclusion zone, it will be cancelled with a full refund provided. The list of currently unsupported countries is as follows:

No regular stock orders are accepted via email except pre-orders, wholesale purchases, or international shipping quotes. The information listed on this page should be used explicitly for these purposes, initiating refund requests, or inquiries regarding live shows and/or festivals that a musician/band will be performing at. All other requests will be disregarded.
Privacy Policy:
Post Mortuus Distributions retains information such as a customer’s name, address, email, and phone number solely for fulfilling orders, contacting customers about their orders, and for direct contact to improve customer experience. Collection of email information provided at checkout may immediately enroll a customer into an email list under our direct administration for updates or marketing purposes. Any customer enrolled can unsubscribe at any time. This information will never be made public or shared with any third parties.
A "cookie" will be requested to be placed on your personal computer's hard drive. This file is used to provide analytics regarding web traffic and informs us on the use of our website, enabling us to provide a better user experience and inform us on which pages you find useful. In no way does this cookie allow us to assume control over your personal computer or device, and it can be removed from your machine entirely at your sole discretion.
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). Shipping Conditions:
Post Mortuus Distributions has partnered with shipping and logistics warehouses to provide more efficient, cheaper, and faster shipping to our customers in the US and EU. Domestic US and Mexican customers will receive inventory directly from our US warehouse based in Ohio, while EU and all other continental regions will be serviced directly from our warehouse in Krakow, Poland. To reduce the complication of shipping logistics and instability in shipping prices, all prices are under a “flat rate” system, which is $4.99 for the United States, and $5.99 for the rest of the world where we can provide service. South America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania are subject to a $1 escalation per additional item added to your cart in addition to the standard $5.99 shipping fee. International customers (any customer outside of the domestic United States) should also be aware that customs fees and taxes may be applicable and required for your order to be delivered. Customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer, except for certain wholesale purchases to distributors and other B2B vendors. Orders exceeding 5 pounds will be cancelled and considered wholesale operations organized solely via email.
Shipping to P.O boxes in some countries can lead to complications. In this instance, we will contact and request a physical address. For every U.S Domestic order and for countries where shipping with tracking is provided, we will provide tracking once the item has shipped. If your package is damaged during transit, we assume no liability in this matter, and you will have to issue a complaint with your courier or post office. If there is damage to your item ordered (CD, book, etc) which seems to be independent of the circumstance of damage during delivery, then contact us immediately and inform us with detailed information and we will ship a replacement.
